1. Overview & Data Privacy Commitment

Your privacy is of paramount importance. StampMyShot is engineered as a local-first application. We do not require account registration to use core features, nor do we host or process your photos, videos, or GPS metadata on external servers.

2. Device Permissions Required & How We Use Them

  • Camera: Used strictly to capture real-time photos and video recordings within the app interface.
  • Location Services (GPS): Used solely to fetch current coordinates, address information, and weather metadata to overlay onto photos/videos at the exact moment of capture. Location data is processed entirely on-device.
  • Photo Library Access: Used to allow you to import photos/videos for tag overlay and to save processed media back to your Photo Library. Your original imported media is never altered or deleted.
  • Microphone: Required when recording video with audio. Audio data is embedded into your local video recording file.

3. Third-Party Data Collection & Advertising

StampMyShot does not contain third-party advertising SDKs, tracking frameworks, or behavioral analytics tools. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or metadata to third parties.

4. In-App Purchases & Financial Information

All financial transactions, subscriptions, and Pro upgrades are handled directly by Apple Inc. via the App Store (StoreKit API). STAMPMYSHOT LTD does not collect or store your payment details, credit card numbers, or billing addresses.

5. User Control & Data Revocation

You may revoke Camera, Location, Photo Library, or Microphone permissions at any time through your iOS Device Settings (Settings > StampMyShot).
